How to submit

1. [1] Click a Claim button or email claim@claimthebillboard.com.
2. [2] Send your display name.
3. [3] Send your destination link.
4. [4] Attach your billboard image.
5. [5] Add a short description of what you are promoting.
6. [6] Wait for manual review before payment.

Image requirements

1. [1] Recommended size: 2400 × 1350 px.
2. [2] Minimum size: 1600 × 900 px.
3. [3] Aspect ratio: 16:9 landscape.
4. [4] Accepted formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG or WebP.
5. [5] Maximum file size: 5MB.
6. [6] Keep important text, logos and faces inside the centre safe area.
7. [7] Do not send a transparent-background-only logo unless it is placed on a full billboard image.

Payment process

Claims are reviewed before payment. If your claim is approved, you will be sent payment instructions or a payment link for the current claim price.

Payment is required before the billboard is updated. Prices are shown in USD unless confirmed otherwise.

The next claim price only opens after a successful claim has been reviewed, paid and published.

What you get

1. [1] Your approved image appears on the homepage billboard.
2. [2] Your approved destination link is associated with your claim.
3. [3] Your claim remains on the homepage until the next successful claim replaces it.
4. [4] Once replaced, your valid claim appears in the archive while the project remains live.
5. [5] ClaimTheBillboard may also announce new claims on its social channels.

Not allowed

1. [1] Illegal activity or illegal goods/services.
2. [2] Adult, pornographic or sexually explicit content.
3. [3] Hate, harassment, threats, abuse or discriminatory content.
4. [4] Political campaigning or religious advocacy.
5. [5] Scams, phishing, malware, deceptive links or fake offers.
6. [6] Impersonation, misleading claims or fake endorsements.
7. [7] Regulated goods or services that require special approval.
8. [8] Private personal information, doxxing or invasive content.
9. [9] Copyright, trademark, image-rights or brand-rights infringement.

Required from claimants

1. [1] You must own or have permission to use the submitted image, name, logo and link.
2. [2] Your destination link must be safe and must match the claim being submitted.
3. [3] You must not submit content that misleads users about who you are or what you represent.
4. [4] You grant ClaimTheBillboard permission to display, crop, resize and archive your submitted material as part of the project.
5. [5] You accept that your homepage placement lasts until the next successful claim replaces it.

Review process

All claims are reviewed manually before going live. A claim may be rejected for any reason if it does not fit the project, creates risk, appears misleading, or breaches these rules.

If approved, the claim will be added to the billboard manually after payment has been received and the submitted image is ready to publish.

If an image needs minor cropping or resizing to fit the billboard, ClaimTheBillboard may adjust it for display.

Removal rights

ClaimTheBillboard may refuse, remove, edit, crop or replace a claim if it breaches these rules, creates legal or safety risk, or harms the project.

The project is not an auction, not a donation platform and not a guarantee of traffic, sales, impressions or commercial results.

If a published claim is later found to breach these rules, it may be removed from the homepage and/or archive.
